To secure your booking A La Carte Germany Tours needs a 20% non-refundable deposit (usually between 3-12
months in advance). The balance of the fee is payable 60 days before the start of the tour. Both Visa and
MasterCard are acceptable forms of payment. Please use the secured payment means that is described during our
booking process.
Cancellation Policy: The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations received in writing 30
days before departure, there is a 50% refund. For cancellations received in writing until the day before
departure, there is a 20% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received on the day of or after the
departure date.
